“Rob and his team are terrific! They installed a second floor for us (LVP) in our kitchen, and we are very pleased with it. They installed an engineered hardwood floor for us a couple of years ago in the living room, we had the same experience, and the floor still looks great.
Rob was very knowledgeable and professional with helping us decide on the best flooring for us. They came when they said they would, charged what was agreed upon, the guys were very courteous and professional, they did a great job and cleaned up before they left. Those may seem like small points, but we have had a few bad experiences with other contractors and installers, those things matter!

We met with Rob Edwards, who from the start took the time to listen to our long-term plans for our remodel and showed us how MidWest could help us from decorative tile options for the bathrooms to new flooring throughout the whole house. As our house started its transformation, Rob kept in touch making sure he knew the timing of where his installation folks would take over. As things progressed, design ideas were discussed and finalized and sometimes re-discussed based on the best fit for our forever home. Appreciate all your help Rob with your personal service to make our home remodel visions come true!! Our tile installation for our guest and master bathroom was top notch. Working with Travis Bane and Deron was such a pleasure. Their desire to do the best installation possible as if we were personal friends was so refreshing. They made sure to understand from the beginning what items were wanted not only for the tile work but also for the install of the glass shower and final pieces of the remodel. Such respectful and fun gentlemen and the time spent with them was such a pleasure. What a beautiful outcome! The 12x24 tiles and ribbons came out so striking. The floor geometric pattern sometimes made your eyes cross, but the outcome showed the desired pattern that Rob showed us in the beginning. Great job Travis and Deron!!! As well, a big THANK YOU goes to Rick Dean and his outstanding crew for an exceptional install on the flooring. We spent a couple weeks together, and they showed up when scheduled, kept us informed on what to expect, and made the process seamless. It was 3200 square feet of removing 20-year-old flooring and the prep and install of our new gorgeous floors. What nice gentlemen. So personable, respectful, and hard-working. You came into our lives as installers but left as friends, winning our trust and admiration along the way. We truly enjoyed your time here at the house!“

“I cannot compliment these guys enough! They came in and had to repair multiple areas in our hardwood floor that had defects from the original construction (they didn’t do the original install).They came in and diagnosed the situation and accurately figured out the problem, kept me informed and were extremely professional and prompt.They repaired the floor and left it looking better than it originally did!
