The facility is well-maintained, and the team goes above and beyond to accommodate special needs, even providing support for bottle-feeding a rejected puppy. The entire staff is always welcoming, and the veterinarian has a great personality that makes visits enjoyable. Dr. Basham, a skilled surgeon, thoroughly explained the serious condition of a pet and offered options, including advanced tests at other facilities. When urgent care was needed, he performed an exploratory operation, removed a tumor, and saved the pet's life. The staff is consistently accommodating and engaged, with a veterinarian known for kindness and excellent bedside manner.
I cannot recommend Cobblestone Veterinary Hospital enough! They have been taking wonderful care of my 7-year-old Labrador Retriever, and I always feel confident leaving him in their hands. The entire staff is always so welcoming! The vet (older gentleman) has THE BEST personality! He was a hoot! I highly recommend Cobblestone if you want your pet to have the best experience they can.
Dr. Marshall Basham is a compassionate skilled surgeon that thoroughly explained the serious condition of our Maltese. He explained several options including going to other facilities that have CT capabilities. The soonest we could get her into one of these was 6 weeks out and the cancerous tumor that was on her colon was growing fast. She would not survive that long. Dr. Basham did an exploratory operation, found that the tumor had not attached to any other organs, removed the tumor and part of her colon. Malti is recovering quickly and Dr. Basham saved her life.
