We had Chilton's send a tech to evaluate an outbuilding for termite prevention. He came one afternoon, evaluated it, made recommendations, and gave a price for the treatment. After I followed recommendations to prepare the building, I called for an appointment. On the day of the appointment I received a call letting me know that the tech would be late because of an emergency skunk call. (Yes, the truck smelled mildly of skunk.) We've used Chiltons for 11 years now and always have had great service. Taylor came and treated our yard today for those pesky summer pests. Very personable, thorough, and polite. The company always has the latest technology. Highly recommend them.
Ms. Taylor arrives on time and on the scheduled date. She is thorough and happy to explain what treatments she will be doing and asks if there are any other concerns. I like that Chilton's keeps me informed of my upcoming services and when those services are completed. Thank you!
