We had Chilton's send a tech to evaluate an outbuilding for termite prevention. He came one afternoon, evaluated it, made recommendations, and gave a price for the treatment. After I followed recommendations to prepare the building, I called for an appointment. On the day of the appointment I received a call letting me know that the tech would be late because of an emergency skunk call. (Yes, the truck smelled mildly of skunk.)
