American General Construction is a company that completes work as promised. Customers report that everything agreed to was on time and with complete satisfaction. The team is described as phenomenal, nice, and responsive and clear. One customer got exactly what was wanted quickly. The company even paid for material out of pocket. Work is described as very high quality, best in the park area. The team helped with roof and gutters replaced because of hail damage and dealt with most of the insurance. They were very patient when the insurance seemed to take forever to release the money for repairs. The team did above and beyond getting set up and walking through the process and did a fantastic job on all repairs needed. Knowledge and company skills are one of a kind. They met the adjuster at the home to ensure what needed to be replaced got replaced and was all done in a timely manner. Highly recommended for any general construction needs, storm damage, etc.
We had our roof and gutters replaced because of hail damage. Brandon Hall took care of everything for us and dealt with most of the insurance for us. They were also very patient when the insurance seemed to take forever to release the money for repairs. We were pleased with the work.
