I need space for a few more stars. I live in San Diego and my Sister in Law called and said she was having a plumbing problem and her shower would not shut off so she shut down the entire house. I told her I would see who I could find in the area, now it was after hours when I started calling. I called everybody I could through local listings and by accident I found Glenn as he only appeared on map-quest. I called it was about 6:30 pm and he had just sat down to dinner but took my call. Nicest person I have spoken to in a long time, he said he could be there by 8AM the next day and would get it fixed.
