My experience shows that Pinnacle cares about their customers. We were taking my daughter’s kitty in for routine appointments and received good care. Tragically, a few days before kitty’s next appointment, he was killed by unsupervised neighborhood dogs. I called to cancel the appointment and explained what had happened. A few days later, my daughter received a card signed by all the staff, offering their sincere condolences. It was a small, unexpected surprise for my grieving little girl. Life can be tough, but kind actions from others help sweeten the bitter times. Thank you, Pinnacle, for thinking of us.

We were passing through and our small dog ate a bit of chocolate muffin. We found Pinnacle 30 minutes away. We arrived and Melissa and the rest of the staff were fantastic in helping us feel better. Office cat and dog were cute! Thank you.

My cat was well taken care of and loved. They informed us when our payment was due. They even boarded him for us while we were moving. They gave us updates as we requested. I will be taking my cat back to them when he needs any other care.
