Freeman Neosho Physicians Group receives mixed reviews regarding its doctors and staff. The doctors are frequently described as excellent, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and awesome. However, experiences with the staff vary significantly. Many staff members are seen as very helpful and friendly. In strong contrast, one specific staff member at the check-in window is consistently reported as having a bad attitude, acting like patients are a burden, glaring, raising her voice, and providing bad customer service. This has caused frustration for multiple patients. There is also a notable report of a very poor experience with one doctor. A patient felt the doctor did not listen, interrupted, lectured, and was dismissive of the patient's own opinions about their body and care. This disagreement ultimately led to the patient being dismissed from the practice entirely. Another doctor is praised but noted to be retiring and will be sorely missed.
Dr Barnes is me and my mom's Dr. And is a excellent Dr. Always addresses our problems and know the right thing to do Allways. We are totally satisfied with him..... How ever the only reason for the 4 star rating has nothing to do with Dr. Barnes. But Sharon the lady the works up front at the check in window.... Has bad attitude and acts like if you ask anything extra of her that your a burden or in the way. It is her job to deal with people and some times people have questions they forget to ask. Frank Tisdale is an awesome doctor, and will be sorely missed when he retires. I've been going to Frank since he took over for Dr. Adams. He is very thorough with me,and has been a big help since I became diabetic.
My experience with Dr. Edge, People listen to have a chance to speak, Dr.Edge doesnt allow that.. Dr Edge,wanted to lecture, interrupt and correct as if I was not informed. As soon as he was done with questions, I wanted to ask questions, pried in 2 questions in as he was heading for the door. He had to go to next room and dress down someone waiting in other room . A few days later,staff of Dr Edge called(one person) with blood test results and drug for cholesterol, witch I felt exercise would have been the best suggestion.
