The staff is amazing and they treat you like family. I love all the staff and have seen all nurse practitioners. My main one is Amy and I love her. The Dr Cheryl only huggers the best. I’ve been with them over 20 years.

We recently switch here from CMH and love the care we receive. I feel heard & never feel rushed. The staff is beyond friendly and ready to help anyway they can. Thank you for your kindness and care.

You know how a dog feels nervous when you take it to the vet that's usually how you feel when you go to the doctor but not when you come her. If you miss the old school doctor's offices and environment definitely the place to go.
Today I had to go there I walk in the girls were smiling and so helpful and no matter what I did didn't matter they were there for me, I had a new nurse today she was awesome she worked with me to help figure out the correct medication and waited patiently for me to relax to lower the blood pressure.
Stephine has always had the ability to make a person feel like your her best friend but in all reality she is one of my best friends...read full review

From Mt. Vernon Clinic

The Mount Vernon Clinic was established by Dr. H.E. George in the 1950's to provide quality and accessible primary healthcare to the surrounding rural southwest Missouri communities. Since 2000, Dr. Cheryl Williams has continued that tradition by incorporating this Family practice into a designated Rural Health Clinic. We are a privately owned and operated, independent clinic but also partner with both Cox Health and Mercy networks. Going beyond the scope of ordinary healthcare, we also provide an Acute-Care Clinic that operates weekly, Tuesday through Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. We accept most insurances and have self-pay rates for those wishing to pay cash, debit, or credit on the day of service.
