I absolutely love the people in this store. They are so helpful and nice and willing to work with you. I would recommend if you need a loan and need help to go to this store in Mt. Vernon. Sarah and Sorena are the best!
This is the costumer that's account that got messed up bc of a glitch in ur guys system. I paid 100 over my payoff for my loan. U guys r trying to figure out what's goin on. The auto payment came out then I called to pay it all off and reborrow and it still said I owe something. They can't figure out y there was a glitch in the system. My account says I can get 750 right now but Corp. Won't do it bc they are trying to figure out what happened bc it has never happened before. I got kids, bills due, stuff I could lose but they don't care bc it isn't them. The company says it's for the costumer but this isn't true. I'm proof of that. They won't even give me the 100 I paid...read full review
Sara and Sorena are so friendly and helped me get the money I needed in a timely matter. If they tell you they will fight for you they will the lady’s are two great and caring people!
