“If you are considering a roof replacement and you are looking around for the right company, Gorilla Roofing is the way to go. Representative Christopher Kornfeld did an inspection on my roof and reassured me that I had a newer roof on my home and it did not need to be replaced any time soon, (given that a storm doesn’t come through).
However, when a severe storm hit my elderly parents’ home, they were in complete panic and didn’t know what to do next. When I heard that their house had storm damage, the first thing I thought to do was give Chris a call. Within the next day of me reaching out, he came to my parents’ house and let them know that, unfortunately, it was time to replace their roof.
My parents haven’t had a roof replacement done in over 15 years, so they had no idea what the next step was. Chris recommended filing a claim through insurance since their home had sustained hail and wind damage. He then walked both of my parents through the whole process, and once they filed a claim and had an insurance adjuster come out, Christopher was there as well, walking around the whole property, as well as the roof, with the adjuster to make sure all of the damage was properly documented.
Fast-forward to the day of installation. Christopher was there for almost all of the day, making sure that everything was going to plan, as well as walking around the property to make sure trash was not going into the neighbors’ yards and sending drone photos throughout the day of the progress.
He even came out days after the installation to walk around the house, making sure there was no leftover trash and that my parents were happy with everything and had no complaints.
So, on behalf of my parents and myself, we have nothing but great things to say about Gorilla Roofing. If the time ever does come that my roof needs to be replaced or any work done, I know exactly who to call.
