Chris did an amazing job on my carpets! I have 5 kids and 2 fur babies which means a ton of stains and smells to tackle. Chris did a walkthrough with me before the cleaning and listened to my concerns with certain stains that I wanted him to address while cleaning. After Chris finished cleaning the carpet, my house looks like it did the day we moved in. Chris was also very knowledgeable and very trustworthy so I was able to do my own thing while he worked. The entire process did not take very long but Chris was extremely thorough and made sure to do a second walkthrough before he left to be sure I was satisfied with the service.
