Charles came to us in a jiffy, less than an hour. He was very knowledgable and professional and just an all around kind man. He addressed all our needs and gave us choices. I would highly recommend Schaefer Locks. They are great!
Such a lifesaver, my son's key broke off while he was at work at Bundy's, and he answered my call AFTER HOURS and came to cut a new key within an hour, super friendly , we are so lucky to have him in this community
Mr. Schaefer responded promptly to my voicemail message and made arrangements to come out to our house to open an old secretary desk for which we had lost the skeleton key several years ago. He brought all his tools and starter keys, and magically crafted a custom key for our desk right there in our living room! I judge him to be an old-style craftsmen! It was a pleasure to watch him work!
