Went in to vision center to have my glasses fixed and they no longer warranty them. Glasses were less than a year old. Were not told this when we purchased them. Very upset with the change in policy after they said it was still done.
For decades I was buying my glasses from the big box stores in Springfield because I thought I was getting the best price and quality. I tried Walmart Vision in Monett because Consumers Report recommended Walmart. I'm so glad I switched to Walmart because I got the best quality glasses ever and the price was about $40 cheaper than traveling to Springfield. Highly recommend!
Fast service, *excellent* customer service. All the staff were exceedingly helpful and made me feel like a person and not just another grimy customer. I’d break my glasses just to have an excuse to visit them. 10/10 would see again.
