We have been using Hayes heating and cooling for over 20 years. If he was unable to answer his phone he always called within the hour. He would always make it out that day or the next. On friday our central air unit went out and we called John. Him and his son came out that day. Unfortunately the unit had to be replaced. Saturday he came out with his son and replaced it. They were both very respectful and kind John explained everything that needed to be done. Answered all our questions. He always has the best pricing. I would recommend Him to all my friends and family.

Fast and efficient too and for an “emergency” Saturday service call with just under 1 Hr response time, VERY fair price!! They were working in the City today and do a fair amount of work in the City I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone
