The improvement that is a must is replacing the terrible customer service in the Monett store. The black haired women is RUDE and has zero personality to be helpful to those who need kindness. She needs replaced! Not a good look for Cox!

Let me start off by saying Victor was a HUGE help. He was informative and went out of his way to assist me. That being said the heavier set woman with the curly, oily hair was rude and acted like me asking for my items was a huge inconvenience for her. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked a question about the item I was supposed to be getting, and argued with me on what day I had been in previously (it was Thursday and I had been in Monday. She said you were just here 2 days ago, after I had told her I was there 3 days ago. I said, "it was Monday. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and now it's Thursday. 3 days".) I am 5'2, have a broken neck, tryed to forse me to wear a large soft neck Collor. Could have really done more damage. Finially got a small, only took 3 weeks.Will go anywhere el as but there.
