After a terrible customer service experience with another provider, Bruce from Advanced Plumbing stepped in and installed our new electric water heater. Bruce took the time to explain and verify no leaks and working well. Hauled away old tank and cleaned up after himself. Bruce came out to inspect our septic system and gave us an honest assessment. He explained the system and what needed to be done and what didn’t need to be done in language I could understand and patiently listened to my questions and concerns and did not talk over me.
