I listed the owners fix and flip house last year and was very impressed by Gary and Kathryn Rae of Evergreen Property Solutions, LLC and Wausau Homes, in Moberly, Mo. They have proven themselves as ethical, knowledgeable, and honest people who have impressed me with their work. They went above and beyond to correct any unknown issues when the inspector's report came out. They insisted on having the issues resolved through repair-though they could have simply passed the responsibility on to the buyer. All businesses should have the Rae's customer-oriented priorities!
