This guy, Tim is the worst. I scheduled an appointment with him at noon first and he didn't show up. I sent him a few text msgs, eventually he answered that he's got caught at one of the construction jobs. OK, I tried to be reasonable, and we rescheduled. The second time he didn't show up again giving me some lame excuse. He is a joke!!
Tim did a fine job for us. He followed up with us and we found that we had an incorrect phone number. He stands behind his work and customers completely. He is considerate and professional.
