The owner of Smith Heating and Cooling personally came to our home after hours and fixed our heat problem on a night that was so freezing. He was so speedy and he was so kind. He was such a blessing and we will never forget the experience we had with them.

Our air conditioner quit working on a Saturday. Guy came out and was extremely helpful and efficient. He explained what he saw. Additional tests were needed. He came back and did them. Unfortunately it was not a repairable problem and would need a new unit. Highly recommend this company.

Had an issue with my HVAC system and Smith H&C was able to send out a technician within a few hours. The tech, Scott, diagnosed the issue quickly and showed me what the issue was. He gave me an affordable quote and was in the middle of replacing the bad part when the original installer of the system came by at the builder's request, to avoid warranty issues. I felt bad because Scott was already in the middle of things but he handled an awkward situation very professionally and I would definitely request him again.
