Compass Health Network provides friendly and professional care. The staff and doctors are kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond. They explain everything clearly and make patients feel comfortable and informed. Many people have had good experiences for years and highly recommend Compass Health. Patients feel their health issues will be properly dealt with and look forward to good care. Both the health and dental services receive high praise.
The Dr is great Rachel Soles 10 outta 10 in the provider category. The support staff is rude and think they know you're health better than you do. Rachel Soles cares about you and you're health. The support staff is there for a paycheck in my opinion. I can't stand people who think I'm stupid or won't listen to me interrupt me and try and tell me the obvious things. When it comes to my health I know what's going on I'm not stupid. They act like I am . Support staff does. I have something I'm dealing with on my own kinda major I had a plan tried to talk to support staff instead of the Dr. They were rude and incompetent. I read the reviews before going to my appointment. I was skeptical about going due to some bad reviews. Today my appointment went very well. Everyone was respectful, kind and friendly. I have 2 follow up appointments. If something changes, I would definitely post that. Right now, I would recommend them to everyone.
Never had a bad experience at this office. Any questions I've had I get answers and options to what I need. I appreciate being treated as a person not a number. Rachel and her girls are AMAZING people that love their job and their patients.
