I wish I could give more than 5 stars.We had a locked French door and no matter what we did we could not get the door unlocked. Jeff came out and it took 2-3 hours but he was able to get the lock unlocked.I can't thank Jeff enough for his promptness and exceptional work.I will definitely recommend Jeff to anyone needing a great locksmith. So lucky Jeff is in my area..Thank you

Called the guy on friday no reply till monday evening. He is the only credible lock smith close in our area and he knows it. Bad ethics.. good work from what i hear. I fixed my own problem..EDIT..... I understand. Ill change my 1 start review to 4. On the account that you gave a credible excuse.. and you seem legit from what I hear.. Cant give you 5 stars till/if I have you actually fix something. Thanks.

He came to make duplicate of my car key well after dark in Mt Vernon which surprised me. It didnt take long until I had 2 new keys in hand!! Should have posted this review at the time..thx much
