I made an appointment with Schinkels and had to change it, but the staff was very accommodating. Rodger showed up right on time; he is courteous and professional but also very friendly. He quickly measured what needed to be cleaned, came up with a quote, and made sure I was satisfied with that before proceeding. He worked quickly and efficiently, notified me when he had finished, and made sure I was pleased with his work. Rodger also gave me some advice about the age of my carpets and the wear and tear; he is knowledgeable about his work and treats it as more than just a job. A bonus is that he was nice to my cats. :)

We had 23 rooms to clean and with people in some of these rooms this company worked hard to accommodate me (they came back 3 times to get the job done). My carpets were bad and we had 4 reviews in 4 days on how the rooms were so clean. I will use this company on a regular basis.

Rodger was prompt; he was even early and called to make sure that would be all right! He is friendly, professional, and efficient. Rodger acts genuinely interested in his customers and took time to pay attention to our cats, always a + with us. I highly recommend him and his company.
