Called to figure out how to fix a power issue Rick walked us through all possible things it could be came to find out there was a limb pushing down on the outside wiring cutting power by 40 percent making the house have blackouts called ameren like he said and now everything is back up he's knowledgeable and reliable after calling multiple companies for some help or information and he's the first to call back and do a full walkthrough before just coming out and charging a quick fee definitely will call once I have the renovation for the bathrooms started and smaller projects
