Heights Finance provides excellent customer service, assisting with keeping monthly payments low while providing needed funds quick and easy. Reviews note it is one of the best banks to deal with, describing the office environment as ecstatic. Staff are highlighted as really helpful, great at their job, and treating everyone with respect while doing everything in their power to help. Customers feel they can walk in and talk about their loan and definitely recommend Heights Finance for financial needs and loans.
Nicole was amazing. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was able to get me a loan for the exact amount I was asking for. 10/10 recommend people to go see them if they are unable to get a loan from a bank.
