They were quick to respond to our initial call and came for the initial inspection within a couple of days. They promptly scheduled the treatment, followed up with phone calls, and applied a second treatment within a few days. Again, we received a follow-up call to check on the status. We are now scheduled for monthly treatments. They have been quick, prompt, caring, and very courteous from the time we first called them. I've heard very positive comments from others in our community too.

Reviews
I really appreciate Jacob's thoroughness and observation. He alerted me to water in the basement that had recently had the foundation repaired. You could only tell when you walked on it and that saved me a lot more damage. He is also neat in appearance, notifies me a few days prior and day of with his arrival time and is thorough. He assesses the situation and let's me know exactly what needs to be done.
Brian McCulley is our bugout technician and is great! Very thorough, asks questions and listens to my concerns! Me & my daycare kiddos are always happy to see him and would say customer service is above and beyond.
