We put our home up near DeerRidge, Missouri (the ‘Roosevelt’ by Rochester Homes). Sheldon listened to every request and exceeded our expectations! Sheldon worked with the excavator and concrete foundation teams and oversaw its completion. When it arrived and was in the finishing stage, Sheldon’s finisher Darin and his son Leo were phenomenal. I really envy Darin’s ability! Needless to say, we would not think twice about using Martin Custom Homes again! …and if you’re on the fence about quality and details, DO NOT BE and pull the trigger. You will not be disappointed.

Put up a home in Palmyra with Martin Custom Homes and can say he operates with honesty and integrity. When putting up a new home there are still some surprises and follow up. Sheldon was easy to work with and a man of his word. Extremely happy withe the finished product. I will build with him again if we move in this area.
