Mitch saved us when we left keys in the car on a road trip after AAA roadside service could not open our door. He had to drive an hour each way. He unlocked the door quickly. He was friendly and courteous. He communicated with us about travel time and showed up when he said he would.
Locked my keys in my car the showed up quickly and got the job done incredibly fast! Super professional, efficient, and the price was very reasonable, especially for a Sunday. Highly recommend!

I was stuck in a super frustrating situation where the ignition in my car wouldn’t let the key turn, despite trying everything, so I was basically stranded. I called a car repair shop and they immediately referred me to Precision Lock & Key, and now I’m not at all surprised why they did.
Mitch fit me in with his schedule well, explained what needed to be fixed and my options for the specific part I needed. Got it all fixed and now I have my car back :)
I will definitely be calling Mitch if I ever have any lock problems again, he’s a lifesaver.
