“This location is a pretty good Ulta store. It really depends on who assists you as sometimes you get someone who seems bored, but for the most part the employees are helpful and nice. I don’t trust the testers on my face, but they’re generally in decent shape and I like being able to get a swatch with an applicator. Do check the label on the product itself because testers are occasionally put back in the wrong spot. Checkout is usually pretty easy and quick.”
