Seems this VA clinic has not had any current reviews, but I have to say it has been quite less than expected. I don't take anything away from the medtech or doctor, but the front desk PSR personnel need a LOT of training or the internal
process of communications. I've experienced no less than half a dozen times I have contacted them for information, but told to call the VA in Columbia. They appear not to know procedures and recommend some serious training. As for politeness, thumbs up ?
So grateful for Dr Win for saving my husbands life. He is a wonderful diagnostician. He paid attention to my husbands symptoms and this saved his life. The staff are all professional and kind as well. I am glad Dr Win replaced his last doctor. She ignored and chastised instead of helping.
Friendly staff, never had a problem getting in touch with my Nurse and the rest of the medical team. They literally try to help out with every issue and I am Great full and fully appreciate the effort.
