I called Jim late in the day on Tuesday new years eve because our daughters furnace quit working and she has 3 little girls at home.I know they were very busy with the cold weather Jim had someone out there Thursday morning and the got her furnace fixed. He informed us that the parts were covered by warranty. Thank you very much Jim

If you're looking for excellent service, you'll find it with Lockwood Refrigeration. Our generator needed some TLC and didn't know who to reach out to. Gave this company a call and they took good care of us. Landon came out and listened intently to what we knew was wrong, then inspected the generator. He explained in detail what was needed and his expert opinion to fix everything. Landon was very thorough, professional and did an excellent job. Can't thank you enough for your help.
