I cannot praise Retta and her ability to guide me through what was an emotional and difficult process with such ease and kindness. From the moment she walked through the door, she listened to my whole story and I felt like here was somebody who cared and was there to help. (My mother had passed away as I was driving from California to Springfield Missouri and then I was left to deal with selling her house and disposing of all of the possessions within the house.) When I called Retta, who was referred by mother's neighbor, she set up an appointment to come out within 24 hours. When she arrived, she had already done a title search and discovered a "beneficiary deed of trust," which meant no probate! Hallelujah! When I didn't know what to do with all of the things left in the house, she had people to help with that. And help they did. They took care of everything and even cleaned the house for showing. I had to go back to California but I knew Retta was on top of everything and she kept me in the loop about all of the goings-on. When we needed something done, she had people to contact for repairs on the house, even for the roof that needed to be replaced. I know I could not have gotten through this without her help and the help of her staff. She told me that this is what she does and she likes to see it when it all comes together. She does an excellent job and as I said, I cannot praise her enough. I will say that when you engage with retta, you have someone who cares about your sail as much as you do. I would also bet it would be the same if I were buying and she were helping me look. I would recommend her without hesitation. She's not only professional, but she's extremely kind and cares that this is a smooth process for you.
