I called this business to try to get a quote for an install on a new HVAC system and was assaulted with some of the most unprofessional conduct I have ever dealt with from a business. The person who answered the phone did not answer in a business like manner, so I asked if they were an HVAC contractor to ensure I had the right number. The operator responded with "I don't answer questions unless I know who you are and what you want", I told them my name and that I wanted a quote for a new system install.
