As a first time homebuyer, I had plenty of questions for Milton, and he is excellent at answering questions. Milton took me around with him and showed me areas of concern as well as suggested possible methods of improvement. The report he sent is detailed with great pictures and comments. And his price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend Milton to anyone looking for a home inspection in Marshall.
