Bizarre, Unbelievable BAD service! I was new in town and didn't know where to have my taxes done. I needed them done for a transaction I was doing and the person I was doing it with suggested Heather. The person offered to hand off my tax info to Heather since Heather's office was in a different town but he lived near her office. Heather has never had any communication with me!! She returned none of my calls requesting information or anything. I guess she did my taxes because they were sent in. She never called me when she finished them and she sent them to an address that I didn't give her (because she never even communicated with me) AT ALL. The wrong address resulted...read full review
