My experience with Greg Peters, Stacy Peters and everybody in their crew that I've had the pleasure to do business with have gone above and beyond. I can call them they will help me troubleshoot my own issues. Very professional very outstanding when I diagnose that a system is no longer working and it's non-repairable, I asked for a bid I received that bid pretty much faster than lightning, and they are usually there to install it within 24 to 48 hours on top of the mountain of work that they're doing they check up They follow up they are consistent and have been for the 6 years dealing with them. My ac gave it up on Wednesday after that severe thunderstorm on Sunday evening. Called at 10 pm and was walked through an attempt to fix the problem. Finally had to call it an in person fix. Fortunately it wasn’t a beastly hot night so by 8:30 am I had a repair underway and was back to cooling inside an hour. You guys are fantastic as always. I brag on you all the time.
