Very kind and pleasant staff. Even in worse case they care about their patients and their owners til the very end. Even comfort the pet owner after a forced decision that the owner didn't want to make. They say and cried with them n give big hugs that were needed
I'm always bringing someone new to the vet clinic, and they are really working with me to treat animals impacted by Glen Allen's recent tornadoes. All the animals have PTSD right now...
You will never find a more caring group of animal caretakers. They not only have knowledge necessary to care for all pets, but tons of heart and love. Our very loved older cat passed away recently and we received so much compassion from the staff. We still have three pets who will have a great life because of the staff at Bollinger County Veterinary. Thank you to every single person there who gives our fur babies such love and great care.
