I had an appointment with the DR at this office for SAAT Appointment. It was a process of acupuncture, I’ve been dealing with alpha gal allergy for 6-7 years leading up to this appointment. Yesterday I ate my first full burger because of this appointment. I couldn’t be more thankful!
I had Alpha gal and Dr Gould did SAAT to my right ear. After 21 days she checked me again and told me I could start trying small amounts of beef again. I worked my way up to an entire cheeseburger and so far so good, I have had zero reactions to beef.
Great experience! I've been getting SAAT with another physician who was great but 2.5 hours away. When I saw Dr. Gould was so close I decided to give her a try and I'm glad I did! I had become fume reactive. Was treated for pork fumes by the other provider but it did not go completely away. When she saw i wasn't reacting to pork but still having issues, She dove into my symptoms further to see I was reacting to the nitrates! One needle later and all is well! Highly recommend her to anyone suffering with Alpha gal!
