The Salt Room is where I go to help me breathe better. Especially in St. Louis where the humidity and mold counts are high, The Salt Room helps my body counteract the unhealthy parts of our urban air. I highly recommend it.
I’ve been going to The St Louis Salt Room for almost two years. I wish I’d known about it sooner, but, I’m so glad I found it!! My number of sinus infections and need for antibiotics has ceased! My use of over the counter sinus medication has been reduced! It is very calming and relaxing. Part of my routine in taking care of myself!!
