First thing-you need to hire her! I cannot say enough amazing things about Tammy! Background: My father is a senior citizen and needed to move to the east coast to be close to family while he was still healthy enough to do so. He had 75 years of time to accumulate furniture, memorabilia, etc. My father also doesn't have a working computer and carries a flip phone. I called Tammy in the fall, explaining what we were trying to do and the challenges she might face. Undaunted, Tammy jumped into action. She is so kind, attentive, experienced, and has a heart of gold. She walked my dad through everything, from the process to expect, the MULTIPLE OFFERS (go TAMMY!), to coordinate the movers, to the sale and giveaways of all the things he was downsizing. What I found most amazing about Tammy is her compassion, perspective, and insight (mixed with needed firmness to keep him on track) of the emotional journey of my dad who was full of mixed emotions of leaving HIS home, downsizing so many things he held dear, and making a big life change at this stage in his life. I am full of gratitude! She is just that good!

Her expertise and knowledge were so helpful when it came down to writing the contract and helping both us and the seller come to an agreement! We love our home and would recommend Tammy to anyone!
