This is our second experience with Wildwood heating and cooling. And I only have good things to say. My wife was at home with the children at the time of repair. The young man who did the repair was very respectful to my wife, even to the point of asking if it was OK to come into the house even after he’d been inside doing diagnostics. He made sure to knock before entering each time which made my wife feel very comfortable and respected. In addition to the repair requested I also decided to add on the installation of a Bluetooth thermostat and upon asking for information they were not pushy at all and simply gave me the quote and told me that they could do it that day.... read full review

Called at 7am and left a message to please call me regarding our furnace issue. Promptly called me back when they opened, and Ben was here by mid morning and had us all fixed and back in operation! SUPER friendly and very knowledgeable! Right from the phone conversation I had this morning, I knew I had chosen the right company! Thank you, see you next fall for my yearly checkup!

Had my AC go out. Ben came out first thing Monday morning and had it diagnosed and a planned laid out to get us back up and running. Ben went above and beyond to get us squared away as quickly as possible. Exemplary service I would recommend to anyone. Easy to work with, talk to, and ask questions of. Transparent and up front about costs and expectations. 10/10 experience
