I had a very negative experience with the service at this location. The young man working the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite verifying my insurance and coverage prior to my appointment, I was told something different upon arrival. When I questioned this discrepancy, the worker gave me no explanation other than that's what the paper that he printed said and it wasn't going to change and showed no willingness to help me understand. To make matters worse, I overheard him talking about me to his coworkers while I was calling my insurance to verify the information. Polite person answered the phone, but I couldn't understand anything she said, even after asking her to repeat it. It does no good to offer vision services if you can't communicate and make an appointment. Going to Clarkson Eyecare. I understood them on the phone.Please do better.

The associates working here are very helpful and proactive. Prices are excellent compared to the other chain stores. Wish they were in-network for VSP but like I said frames and lenses are so cheap, not really an issue.
