I recently went to VSS for what I thought was going to be an exam for my dog however I had to put her down. It was a very stressful, painful, heartbreaking situation but VSS made the process so simple and easy! The staff at VSS were so caring, and passionate. I’m very thankful that they exist. Highly recommend VSS to all pet owners!

The cardiology team at VSS Manchester has been excellent. Dr. Marshall and her team are compassionate, professional, and have provided outstanding care for my dog. I’ve seen a significant improvement in his health, and I’m very grateful for their medical expertise.
Unfortunately, my experience with billing and administration was very different. Although I fully understood and agreed to the payment policy, I was given verbal guidance by multiple staff members that partial payment was acceptable for specialty patients, as long as the balance was paid prior to the next appointment.... read full review

Five-star care for our boy Tex. Truly an exceptional team!
From the front desk staff all the way to the surgeons, EVERYONE is professional and compassionate.
They handled his emergency, surgeries, recovery, and follow-up process with care and patience. It’s clear they prioritize both the patient's recovery and the owner's peace of mind. They made us feel like we were part of the their family and knowing he was in the hands of people who loved him as much as we do made the time we had to be apart manageable.
