I originally came in looking for the Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation. As an aesthetician, you’d think I could shade match myself but for some reason, I just can’t! Rebecca in Clinique was absolutely incredible. I noticed she was assisting other customers and I patiently waited until she was free and jokingly told her I needed to “kidnap” her for help!
I honestly can’t say enough good things about Rebecca. While she works for Clinique, I really appreciated that she didn’t try to sway me away from my interest in Estée Lauder. I was at the store and an employee asked me if I needed help, so I told her I was looking for a non-matte pink lip and cheek pencil, she tried to help me by looking at different brands, but I didn't find anything I liked and gave up saying she would come back in a few minutes, but she didn't come back, she was helping someone else, I think it wasn't easy to keep looking and she better left, that's not helping
Everyone is so helpful at this store. I was having a hard time picking out a blush because I have difficult skin and the manager was extremely knowledgeable and patient and helped me find the color I needed and it looks great! Thank you! Thank you!
