Patients can access on-site X-ray, CT imaging, ultrasound, lab testing, and more. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the visit smooth and easy. One patient appreciated how they could get into the Valley Park location almost immediately after being told it was less busy than South County. They arrived on time, were greeted warmly, and seen quickly, with the whole visit lasting under an hour. Another visit involved the team taking care of a whole family, from reception to nurse and NP, all showing kindness and eagerness to help. The facility was clean, and the online wait list was accurate, ensuring a prompt appointment. The team’s fast action and dedication to patients' health are commendable. Overall, Total Access Urgent Care provides efficient, professional, and caring healthcare services.

Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC®) was founded by an emergency medicine physician in 2008 to provide fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare in every community. TAUC was fueled by the belief that we could provide an efficient and cost-effective alternative to an emergency room visit. In the ER, patients receive life-saving treatments but are often overwhelmed by unpredictable financial burden and frustrated by overcrowded waiting rooms. At TAUC patients spend less than an hour in the clinic on average and have access to on-site X-ray, CT imaging, ultrasound, lab testing, IV hydration, and much more - eliminating the typical exasperating emergency room experience.
