I have 3 boys who needed a haircut (14/4/2 years). Amy was great! She was cheerful efficient and had a great attitude to the job plus got the cuts done quickly with a smile. She was especially patient with my 2 year old who is not fond of haircuts and my 4 year old who is a non verbal autistic. The place is clean and welcoming and they process customers quickly so the wait time is usually zero or reasonable.. I will be back!Update- had our first cut with SAM and she was so great with my now 5yr old autistic son. He even tolerated the machine cut which he never had done before! Been to this location at least 4x. Everyone is very nice. So glad that they're there. Was going to get my haircut on Sunday, but they were closed. Had to go Monday. While driving by this Sunday morning, people were walking in to get their haircut. Now they're open on Sunday and closed on Monday. I like Great Clips, I'm glad they've opened a store at Lafayette Center but I wish they'd figure out when they want to be opened and closed. It changes daily.

Awesome cut with Sam: very personable, quick, and engaging conversation as well. I used the app to log in ahead of time and walked in and sat in the chair for the cut when I arrived.
