From a different state. Had my computer "repaired" in home state by a well respected bisinedd but didn't work once I got it home. Couldn't get original person to figure out the issue. Brought it here and was diagnosed before I left - had it back in 1 business day!

As I was driving my truck down the highway my girl and I were trying to figure out how to unlock this iPad that I had purchased for my mother. She had forgotten the passcode to open up the IPad Pro and after paying a lot of money and taking it to several places where they told me it was nothing more than a piece of scrap I didn’t know the passcode. This man at Macon computer repair talked us through it on our phone as we were driving down the highway. He still doesn’t know but it worked and we are going to be sending him a special thank you in the mail. Very professional, friendly and fast service. Came in with a cracked laptop screen and was able to bring our own replacement screen (purchased online) and he installed it for us for really cheap. Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know!
