I have no idea how the secretary continues to keep her job. I have never had a pleasant experience with her. She makes you wait on her to finish her cigarettes, treats you as if you are an idiot, and is generally rude. I will be doing my own taxes next year which I suggest you do as well before going to an office that treats its customers so rudely.
