I own and Oliver Travel Trailer and the Truma instant hot water heater was recalled, as it had a defective bracket that was known to cause issues. The company replaced the part, but I needed to pay for the labor (trip charge). Wayne was extremely fair and accommodating and came to my farm to replace the part.
