Cody was great! He was a day early for the job. He was fast, polite, very net and precise. He strives so much to ensure the customer is happy with what he is doing for you. I would recommend this guy to anyone.
Cody was very polite, was timely, and kept me informed of the work that they had completed and what was still needed. He and his crew did a great job on removing a lot of trees, installing French Drains, and bringing in quality dirt and completing the final grading on my 1 acre lot. Finally getting around to writing this review now that I’ve had some time to experience the work Cody and his crew completed. I will say I am very happy!Last September 2021, we had moved into a new build home in Holden, MO. I soon realized we had a terrible issue with the grading of our property as well as the drainage. I tried playing the builders game of having their “landscaper” come out to work on our problem areas. After he continually stood us up, we decided to get a second opinion which is where Cody and JohnMeyer Construction come into play. Cody was fantastic to work with and was all about making us happy.
