Where do I begin, I have been working with Classic Buildings since April of 2024, and as of January of 2025 I have still yet to have broken ground on the project that was set to deliver at the very latest October of 2024. I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing through Classic Buildings as it seems they are very disorganized and cannot seems to figure out staffing issues and permitting. Since April I have been shifted from multiple sales people, forgotten about, they applied for permits as if I were the contractor and were denied, then reapplied for permits as a mechanical building (meaning I wanted a 280 sq ft HVAC) city denied again, then reapplied again and... read full review

Read the reviews that are not recommend, apparently denied because they come from new Yelp users but are still a good reflection on this company and deserve a voice.
